As a Mom it can be hard to get all your vitamins and nutrients in on a daily basis. Taking care of the home, kids and making time for yourself can be a challenge at times. I have found a great way to get a good dose of the nutrients you need for the day is to throw all your fruits, veggies, grains and even liquid vitamins into a blender and drink up! So if you are looking for a easy and quick way to get your vitamins in then look no further! I won’t make this post long because I know us Moms have things to do…Okay! Let’s skip to the good part!
Smoothie Recipe
1/4 cup frozen mango chunks
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 of a banana
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup blackberry
1 handful of spinach
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp Agave
8oz spring water (add more if you like a thinner consistency)
Optional add liquid vitamins like Zinc, Calcium or Chlorophyll.
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to high speed blender, blend for 1 minute. Enjoy!
